Over the new few posts I will be proving that I have been getting out in all weathers! I am finding that bad weather walks are good for my mind, and there is even scientific evidence to prove that, check this article out.

A muddy path

  1. Great article, Becky. I must admit that I enjoy walking in winter much more than walking in summer although it’s the heat that drives my preference. I am learning to get up earlier than usual to get out and about before it gets hot and when the season changes, I’ll remember to stop wimping out and go walking early – when it’s still ‘cold’ β„οΈπŸ€£

      1. Yeah, it doesn’t get that cold here. We’re on the cusp of saying goodbye to Spring and yesterday it was 16C when I left the house just after sunrise – beautiful πŸ₯° – and I’m lapping this up while it lasts because it won’t be long before our overnight minimum temp will be a mere 25C or so.
