The odd side of the street in Tavira

If you have not yet joined in the fun of the Squares Challenge this month then you need to be quick as the 28th is fast approaching. It’s very easy to join us simply link back to me here and share a square photograph that is of something which is;

  • Differing from the usual or not happening often (ie oddballs, the exceptions and follies)
  • Separated from its set or mate (eg odds and ends or maybe odd socks or shoes)
  • Not divisible exactly by two (ie odd numbers) or the number is unknown (ie 300 odd birds)
  • Or simply something that you find odd, afterall oddness like beauty is in the eye of the beholder

  3. Hi Becky, I don’t think this side of the street LOOKS super odd. Are the addresses odd? My Squares will visit you tomorrow as part of PPAC. The photos are mostly square and all odd in some way or another. Have a nice day.

    1. hee hee, yes sorry it is the numbers. Seemed so obvious to me when I took the shot that i forgot to check the numbers were visible in photo!

      1. I am only astigmatic but I overlook lots. I didn’t see the numbers. Are they always on the same side of the street? Like odd on the west and evens on the east?

      2. Lots didn’t see the numbers, they are so small.

        We’re not as organised as you with even on east and odds on west side, but generally we do tend to have odds on one side and evens the other. Not always though!

      3. I’m not sure it is that way everywhere in the United States. It’s a big place with lots of independent states each with their own ideas! We were on the east side in CA and again here in AZ with an odd address. 🙂 So I made a SWEEPING generalization. LOL

      1. Just away from the challenge, unfortunately, Becky. Time and a lack of squares being the main reasons!

  12. Just wanted to say hi. I’ve been enjoying some of the odd squares that have been posted. I had to stop awhile back because my WP media storage for photos completely ran out, so I can’t upload any more. Boo hoo! I’m glad the challenge is still going so well, though. 🙂
