Just before the weekend I was bemoaning in a Friday bugbear the lack of silence in the English countryside, and you may recall I mentioned how it is much easier to find in the hills in the Algarve. Here’s an example of noise in the hills;

A location with sounds under 40 decibels for an hour or more are so difficult to find in many parts of the world that there’s even a battle to save these quiet spaces. So this is my odd square today; something that doesn’t happen often!

    2. Hiya me again, you had pinged it perfectly. Just found it 🙂 the problem was me!! I’m way way behind on approvals because was out all of yesterday afternoon, and then had a 2 hour meeting via Zoom in the evening when I got back.
