Yesterday Jude began encouraging us to go out at sunset for our blacks and greys, me being me though went out at sunrise! I took these this morning, not the greatest sunrise I have ever witnessed here but still rather lovely.

Are there any bad sunrises? I love the quiet and calm of sunrises. These photos capture that beautifully.

PS It was quiet and calm in front of the lens but not so behind it. It was a hive of activity behind me as the markets were opening, fisherman were already out on the water and other boats were being laden up with goods for the islands!

Lovely indeed, Becky. I just caught sunrise this morning because I was just finishing my walk when the sun finally got up far enough to peek over the housetops. That’s just how I like it. 🙂

Lovely light and it all looks so tranquil. No sunrises here at the moment, every day seems to be cloudy and foggy.

I was meant to be doing pilates, but decided the walk there and back was almost as good, and watching the light change was definitely good for the soul 🙂
