That street looks familiar from visits to Winchester, but I can’t exactly place it. Echoing the sentiments that at lest it’s a nice walk, it made me think of the lovely views from Mo’okini Heiau, here on the island, where human sacrifices were carried out a long long time ago!

ooh you did fabulously well on a visit if you explored up here – it is between the University and the Peninsula barracks
That looks like a very peaceful walk, with a lovely view. I hope all your dental work goes well. Who’d be a dentist? No one ever looks forward to seeing them.
Thanks 😉 and yes I know, quite fascinating why people become dentists but then guess could be said of some other medical professions too!!
True. There are many parts of the body I would not want to look at every day of the week.
Sorry for your ongoing dental woes, Becky. Your walk is much nicer than my drive, that’s for sure, but I’ve been more fortunate at the dentist for all these years so I think I have the better part.
I think you probably do!
The walk back is almost always better than the walk there. Hope you had a good healthy chat with the ladies this afternoon.
hee hee that’s true!
I do wish a walk back from my dentist was as picturesque as yours. Now I’m jealous 🥰
I am fortunate 🙂
Your title puts an extra layer of meaning to this image,.. All floaty and dreamy..after dental work.or am I projecting That’s how I feel after dental work. Glad you can walk.I know how it feels because, I had 6 weeks of dental work this spring. But now I have a pretty white smile.😁
I’m hoping I’ll have a pretty one too in a few weeks, or at least pain free!
Sorry about your dental woes, Becky B. As a former dental assistant long ago, I was impressed with the value of teeth. They affect your heart especially, but add to your longevity and over all good health. So it’s worth the beautiful walk home each time. Your teeth and health will love you for it. 🙂
Thanks Marsha, and yes I know I’ve got to go through this and my practice are being fabulous
I’m glad. It helps when you like your dentist. We found a wonderful one here and he is mulit-talented. He built the building he is in out of trees logged from downtown Prescott. So it is so interesting to go see him! 🙂 I hope you have an uneventful treatment and more lovely walks home.
Oh wow, now that’s a talented dentist!
I’ll take pictures one of these days. It would have been a perfect share for Trees! 🙂
What a beautiful walk you have. Hope Tuesday goes well for you 😀
Thanks Cee – so do I!
Was a good day to walk there 🙂
That looks very quiet! hope the dentist treatment is all finished now. When do you depart for the Algarve?
It is a very quiet road 🙂
Unfortunately not, so far it has all been assessment and diagnosis. Got another appointment Tuesday for the actual start of treatment 😦
Hoping to get it all done before the festival, and then I will have a month or so to chill out and prepare for the Algarve – fingers crossed we fly end October

My treatment goes on too. Likely be another month, but it is getting smaller. I need to get on with stuff in the garden, but have to be careful not to put too much stress by bending and lifting.
Glad you’re moving in right direction but must be so frustrating at same time. Sounds like you need a helpful gopher to follow your gardening instructions xx
Sadly the OH is not a gardener. Taken me nigh on 20 years to turn him into a sous-chef!
and how are you? Are you fully recovered now. Really hope so xxx
A lovely sky hope it didn’t rain. Not many more walks along that road. Glad you took your camera 🙂 🙂
It didn’t 🙂 a couple more visits to go unfortunately
One trip take a large bag and some secateurs and snip cuttings from gardens 🙂
lol!!! Not sure I dare on this posh road
They will have the best plants so it’s a gold mine. One day there’ll be a gardener and you could ask them 🙂
Walls are all very high, these flowers are about 2ft above my head!
What Margaret and Debbie said. At least you could walk and were not in so much pain to forget about your camera 😀
🙂 that’s true
Looks a lovely walk. Apart from the dentist bit!
It is a lovely part of town – going to see it again next week, unfortunately for same reason!!
That looks like a suitably pleasant and de-stressing walk. Hope it worked!
It is the exact reason I usually walk to dentist – really helps settle me before I walk through the doors!
