It is only a week ago, but it feel so much longer after the week I have had with work and the dentist, or maybe it is the fact it hasn’t stopped raining. Still water makes for great reflections, and an abundance of rain makes it easy to stay indoors and look back on last month’s #TreeSquares. So why not join me by pouring a very large cup of something and enjoy the next half hour or so chatting to your fellow squarers.

In total there were ninety seven squarers in July, of which around thirty five squared daily. Quite extraordinary, and also such an honour for me. In this post there are eighty (ish) different squarers, of which four were not in the last gallery. I’ve highlighted them in bold in the next room.

July seemed to fly past, but then time often does in a Squares month. I am in awe of those of you in the blogging community who run challenges every month. Just how do you control time?!

I was delighted how the theme of trees turned out, and there were so many unusual interpretations. I have tried to gather some of the more unusual ones in the next room.

As you may have surmised by the break for bonus squares, we are about half way round the gallery now. This might be a good time to take a short break and cut yourself another piece of cake to go with your gallery cup of tea or coffee. Or maybe where you are it is time for a brandy or wine!

Do hope you took a moment to refill your coffee cup, as it would mean so much if you were able to visit at least two squarers in every room. However don’t worry if you cannot visit every room today, the gallery will still be here tomorrow and the day after that!

The October theme has already been decided and I plan to announce it in a week or two. The theme is something that absolutely everyone will be able to contribute to, whether with new shots or favourites from the archives. I can’t wait to tell you all, we have though a few more trees to enjoy first.

This is the first of two galleries I have planned to look back at all your amazing trees. It contains everyone who squared at least one in the second half of July. My second gallery will follow next week and will focus on those who squared on the final day of #TreeSquare. I hope to see you all there, for now though here’s our final room of this gallery.

Thank you all so much. I will see you again next week for the final TreeSquare gallery, and then back in October for the next Squares adventure.

  1. Thanks Becky. It took awhile to get through all the posts but it was well worth it. I can’t imagine how long it takes to put this together. Looking forward to the next square challenge in October. Carol

      1. We don’t do the galleries as you do, but going through them at the end of the week helps insure that no one gets lost. I’ve missed a few, but Cee is checking mine and I’m checking hers. That helps. 🙂

      2. Cee is the cunning one. I do all of my WQWWC every week, but I only have 6-10 regulars. Except when you are Cee or the Lens Artists, the weekly ones don’t get the huge amount of visits that the daily ones seem to. Writing challenges get fewer than photo challenges because they take so much more time to write and read. Even when they are limited to 99 words like Carrot Ranch. She does get a large volume, though.

      3. It is, Becky. Especially since we sometimes get into conversations. But then here we are connecting with conversation and you have about 10 times that many. Let’s see 10 times about 1-2 hours a day for comments equals about 20 hours a day. Hmmmm You might be over doing it, BB. 🙂

  4. Gosh, it almost feels like autumn today! You are the most amazing host creating all these links. I’ll try and pop in to a few once I have the energy. Glad the tooth issue has been resolved 😊

    1. I know it does doesn’t it – hoping though we are going to have a late summer.

Really hope your energy comes back soon, just sounds horrid what you have been through. I still have more dental visits to come!
