A few weeks ago I joined in with Dawn’s Festival of Leaves, a 10 to 12 week challenge celebrating autumn. I think we must be fast approaching the last few week of this challenge, so thought I’d join in again but this time with a leaves for every week day. So here’s day one, captured on my phone.

Love that.. It’s like you’ve captured the last of the Autumn sunshine..

It’s in short supply this autumn, so having to grab it whilst I can!

Beautiful! It’s the complete opposite here, with all the purple jacarandas in full bloom. I noticed yesterday that my lovely dwarf crepe myrtle has loads of buds. I love it when Myrtle starts to flower.

So do I, and there are so many growing here. When we look out over the city there are splashes of purple everywhere.

Glad you had a good response plan. The worst burn I ever did was putting my hand, palm down, on a hot ring. Thought back one was on, had the rings burnt on my hand for weeks after!!
