Our current storms reminded me of some waves I was watching in December 2018. In fact some of you may remember them too; when I shared how timing was everything. We fortunately had left the pier by the time the waves got this big, unlike the person you can just see dashing away along the pier. It does scare me the risks people take.
In case you were pondering. . . . yes, I have made up a word as we approach the halfway point in Squares. Originally I was going to call this winter sunlight but you inspired me in yesterday’s gallery to be even more creative. So I’ve come up with Wavelight! Although having said that there is a European company called Wavelight, and if you google wavelight lighthouse you get some great images of waves crashing into lighthouses. So maybe it is a word after all!
Just love photos where the timing comes together, and crashing waves are magnificent. Here are some more stagelights:

So do I! We were quite a way away and so at the time I wished I had been closer to get more of the detail, although not as close as the man in the picture running away!!
