So it might be tomorrow before I can respond to comments, and the weekend before I can visit posts. Promise I will though as it is another week or so before I am on my travels again and walking past this church in Castle Cary.

Thanks Cee, cloudy and blustery when I landed last night, and even worse today. Good though to be home with cat

Thanks 🙂 it wasn’t bad apart from the usual crowded and delayed English trains!

Glad to see you coming back to the U.K. – pity about the weather though. Here’s my entry, can you see it? https://lifeamazing.net/2018/12/06/time-for-a-bite-timesquare/

Went for a job once in Castle Cary. A lovely area. Didn’t get the job though 😦

It’s one of the towns on our list to move to. My Mum would be delighted if we did! Sorry you didn’t get the job but guessing you did get a fabulous one somewhere else at the time xx

No job at all. It wasn’t too long afterwards that I left the teaching profession. I’ll never forget the lesson I had to carry out there though – supposed to be on the internet and their network was down!! Good job I had a plan B 😀

oh my!! Was it at the Primary School?

No. A secondary school with an ‘in-house’ applicant. They almost always get the job!
