   1. I’ve lost all control of it now! Such a long day yesterday here in Porto, I didn’t have a chance to visit anyone after my early morning run round, and today we have even more planned! So it’s a quick hi in comments, and I’ll have to return at weekend for catch up by which point I’m hoping time will have slowed!!
