I commented on the individual photos. Probably the best of the bunch, but I am sorry to say these have not enticed me to visit the cathedral for the flower festival.
Expensive tickets? Looking at the arrangements I can see they splashed out a lot of money, but I do wonder if simple, well thought out displays of flowers would have been more enjoyable than all the trimmings.
Hmmmm, good question. And one I can’t answer for definite! The rim was wicker, but the bell itself I don’t know. Unfortunately we didn’t buy the guide as had already spent a fortune to get in. Really sorry to be so vague xx
