We both were ‘tickled pink’ by the modern collection at the Gulbenkian Museum in Lisboa, and so I had to include the pink squares again. Looking at that post and this picture reminds me that I really must write the follow up to that Portuguese post.

I love this type of art! I added my square plumerias to your challenge today, but linked to a previous post. https://secondwindleisure.com/2018/09/21/squares-in-september-pink-plumeria/

Very modern. We really enjoyed the modern gallery, much more than I usually do when in a completely modern one.

We loved this museum when we were in Lisbon in 2015. The best painting for me was ‘Breton Women at the Pardon’ by Pascal Dagnan-Bouveret, a very traditional painting, but something about it made me stop and admire it for a long time.
