At the time it was the bird I was attempting to photograph, not the roof!
If you have not yet joined in #JuneSquares, I’d be delighted if you did. It is a daily challenge for the whole of June, but feel free to post alternate days, once a week or as and when the roof strikes you. The theme is roof (or roofs or rooves) and there is only one rule that cannot be broken. Your main photograph must be a square. Everything else though is up to you, after all this is a roofing adventure not a competition with rules.

You are finding some fabulous roofs. Loving today’s collection.
Apologies again I haven’t left a comment on your post. Still having access problems down here in Somerset. Back in Winchester soon though so hopefully can start leaving comments at weekend.

Birds on roofs, now why didn’t I think of that? None as exotic as yours though, Jackdaw, Magpie, Chaffinch… Oh and starlings. But I have already posted that one.

in case you want a look. Not a square though, the square today will be of a place all too familiar with you. I think.

Fabulous square from you. Didn’t quite see the wonderful angle you captured but the roof and calçada portuguesa are very familiar 😀
