ah no lens changes for me. I don’t have a proper camera like you, Debbie and Jude . . however my Nikon does have a 83x Optical (24mm wide-angle to 2000mm telephoto) so it does mean I am generally ok in most settings. And this little fellow I hardly needed to zoom at all!

Did you have a long lens on? I only ever see them way out on the estuary and I never have the right lens.
