If you celebrate Christmas when is your special moment – this evening, at midnight or tomorrow? We’re in England this year for Christmas, so our main celebrations will be the 25th. I’m rather pleased though that my #SquareSky today is of Christmas presents in the sky as if we had been in Portugal the main celebration would have been this evening.

If you are in the Algarve for Christmas this year then do let me know how they have decorated the baixa this year. Last year it was quite subtle with the boxes in the sky, the wonderful music and the presépio and the year before it was particularly delightful with decorated Christmas trees – Natal da Baixa de Faro.
Our sky is gray and cloudy. Your blue sky is beautiful.
Here is my entry for the day.

A delightful Christmassy sky! Now if I wasn’t sticking to Cornish skies I might have had a good one for you similar to this, but I am. I will have a look at your other links in a bit. Just got to get the bread and pizza in the oven 🙂

I’ve just smiled my way through last year’s Faro post but the comments are understandably closed. Weren’t the trees fabulous? I don’t think we’ve ever been in Faro itself around the Christmas period. Must rectify that next year 🙂 🙂 I think we had just gone, or were preparing to, when you posted so I hadn’t seen it. Delightful! Thank you for sharing your year with me, good and not so good. Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas!

oh I am so so glad you went and looked at the Christmas Trees – they were such fun and we had such a lovely time walking around despite the rain! Well if you are there next year we will have to go together 🙂
