Being meaning to join in the fun of Dawn’s Festival of Leaves for a while now but somehow life took over and the Autumn leaves have not been the usual stupendous selves in my part of the world. Consequently I forgot my cunning leaf plan. Ten days ago however there was a hint of a festival at Stourhead and then yesterday Jude’s wonderful leaves appeared on my screen. And so today you get to see this ๐PS I tweeted the photograph last week, and subsequentlyย the National Trust have asked if they can use this photograph on social media. No fee mentioned of course! They will though credit me. What do you think shall I give them permission?

Given they don’t charge you for taking the photo on their land I think it is fair to accept some limelight rather than payment. Great shot Becky.

Such a beautiful picture! I have to agree with Dawn on this too. Sometimes it’s just nice to be recognized.

Yes, give them permission. It’s hard to get paid for images when everyone carries a camera in their back pocket. You might as well go for the glory. It’s a beautiful image. Thanks for linking up.

Thanks Dawn, really appreciate the advice. I will do. And thank you also for the lovely comment – I had forgotten my camera so was rather proud of myself for managing this with my phone ๐
