Next I still haven’t forgotten this door
The incompetency of the probate office means life remains in limbo. For a few hours today, though, I forgot all about the probate nightmare. Gardening, like walking, is a lifesaver It's been a really tough couple of weeks, and not just because the second year is hard. Today's distraction involved discovering a great new venue for lunch. Robert had told me ages ago about it, but I only made it there today. So much choice, and all delicious. Probate is proving to be a nightmare for us, just adding to the challenges of our second year of grieving. Fortunately, most days, distractions are keeping me balanced. It's been an overwhelming couple of weeks, and the thought of being caught up in my road's 8-hour street party today was just too much. Especially as the centre of events will be right outside my house. The first morning for days I've been well enough to go for a proper walk, and it was sunny 🌞
