What fun this challenge is; a chance to share thoughts in the words of others. On day 2 my mind turns to leadership.
Whilst working in the NHS some years ago now, I was fortunate enough to be part of a 3 year public leadership programme, and there is one day I have never forgotten even though it is now over 10 years since it happened. It was the day when we all met Richard Olivier, son of Laurence Olivier, at one of his Inspirational Leadership workshops. You can find out more by following the link, but for now I am going to leave you with a quote.
It is this ability to believe in the potential of others, and to liberate that potential, that signifies the true ‘gardener-leader’ at work.

The people with whom I have most enjoyed working with are those who do exactly this. Their aim is to ‘grow’ others, and to share their own learnings, knowledge and experiences in the hope it will improve the world around them. We need far more ‘gardener-leaders’ in this world.
So onto rule 2 on day 2 of my 3 quotes challenge.
I am going to pass the challenge on to an amazing blogger, who nurtures on every interaction – Vibrant of Blabberwockying
The rules are very simple Anand. In fact there are only two. 1)post a quote a day, for three consecutive days and 2) pass the challenge on to three new bloggers each day.
