Falling in Colour

A riot of Autumn colours and gorgeous blue skies arrived a couple of days ago. Perfect timing too as we leave today.

In very simple terms it’s the chlorophyll breaking down which causes the green to disappear and the yellow to orange colors to appear. Other chemical changes create the reds and purples. For a more in depth explanation click here
