There are so many things I should be doing right now, but then my eye spotted a new post by the delightful Running in my Head and that was it, I was off on another book adventure. The adventure took me to A Daily Rhythm, a fabulous new find for me and then led to this my teaser for this Tuesday.
They are like locusts. Went to Marble Arch to see how the damage was there.
Intrigued? Can you work out what the ‘they’ are? Perhaps if you look at the cover below, that might help you work it out.

It is a fascinating read, not only capturing the period but the personality of Vere. I am meant tell you the page number of where I took the teaser from but in case you have a different edition I shall suggest instead that you turn to her entry on Sunday 27th April 1941. For more details on her diary click on the picture.
Perhaps though you are not intrigued. If that’s the case then never fear go and say hello to A Daily Rhythm and you will definitely find something there. Teaser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of A Daily Rhythm. Anyone can play along, and everyone will find something for their book pile!
This is the most interesting teaser I’ve read today.

I have two books to read that are written as diaries. I enjoy them and they are such fast and fun reads:)
